Free Tarot birth cards

Your Tarot birth cards come from your birth date by Mary K. Greer's sum: add the month, the day and the four-digit year, then add the digits of the total until it is 22 or less. That trump is your Personality card, and the sum of its digits gives your Soul card.

Enter your birth date to see your Personality and Soul cards by Mary K. Greer's sum, your Hidden Factor and your card for this year, in Pamela Colman Smith's 1909 art, with the cards your natal chart gives: the Sun from the date, and the Moon and Rising with a birth time and place.

About Tarot Birth and Year Cards

Born on 19 January 1989, your Tarot birth cards are Justice (XI) and the High Priestess (II): the date's sum, reduced to 11 and then 2, gives the Personality card and the Soul card, and beside them the card of the current year and four cards from your natal chart, in Pamela Colman Smith's 1909 art.

The method is Mary K. Greer's, learnt from Angeles Arrien in 1977 and published in 1984; the cards themselves were made in northern Italy in the 1440s for a game.

How we compute it

Greer's sum: month + day + four-digit year, reduced while above 22, then the Soul card from its digits (Tarot for Your Self, 1984); the year card is the same sum with this year. The natal-chart cards come from the Golden Dawn's sign and decan tables (Book T) on the tropical chart, and the two sources are never merged.
