What does EsoTerrier sell?
Personal charts and readings for 22 esoteric systems, worked out from the birth details (or name) you enter. Each system's chart and its written text (a written interpretation) are free in every account. For each person and system you can buy an AI reading, which includes the system's raw data, or the raw data on its own; bundles cover several systems with one AI reading across them; another run of a reading, or a translation after the first free one, is a small extra. Every price is on the pricing page. The reference pages about each system and its placements are free to read, with no account.
How are the charts and readings made?
Charts are calculated by our own engine, by the published method each system page names; where a system needs the positions of the planets, they come from NASA JPL's DE440 ephemeris. The written text is the interpretation our engine gives for each placement in the chart.
AI readings are written for you by an AI model when you ask for one, from your computed chart and under our written rules: the tradition's views are given as the tradition's, and there are no forecasts about health, money or legal matters. They are labelled as written by AI and are not checked by a person before you see them.
The reference pages are made differently: written from our own research with AI assistance and checked against the sources before they go up (how we write them).
Is a reading a prediction or advice?
The traditions' readings of your chart and of the periods ahead, offered for reflection and entertainment. AI output can be wrong. Not advice on health, money, legal matters or relationships.
How fast do I get it?
The chart and the written text are in your account as soon as the person is added, free. Raw data you buy opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. An AI reading is written after that; its page shows how it is coming along, and we email you when it is ready. Readings are usually ready within an hour.
What does it cost, and is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. The lowest price is $0.99, for one system's raw data. Prices include VAT or GST, except in the US and Canada, where any sales tax is added at checkout. At checkout you can pay in US dollars, or in your own currency at the exchange rate shown there, which includes a conversion fee. Charts and the written text are free in every account; the pricing page marks what else is. There are no subscriptions. The pricing page lists everything.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may withdraw from any purchase within 14 days and get a full refund, even if you have used it: use "Withdraw from contract here" in your account, or email support@esoterrier.com. Elsewhere, digital purchases are final, except where the law of the place where you live gives you a remedy, and except where we got it wrong: a duplicate or mistaken charge, something we failed to deliver, or a chart that is wrong because of our mistake. Do I need an account?
Not to read the reference pages, or for a free chart page, which needs no email. To keep charts and their written text, yes: an account is free, and your charts and readings are kept in it. To buy, the checkout creates one with your email address if you do not have one yet.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete a person or a reading in your account at any time. It stays in "Recently deleted" for 7 days, where you can restore it, and is then erased; we keep only a bare record of the order and credits it was part of.
To close your account, use "Delete account" in your profile settings. The account stops working at once and is erased after 30 days; until then you can cancel the deletion. The same page has "Export my data", for a copy of what we hold about you. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
