Support, purchases and refunds
For an order, write from the email address of your account and say which order it is. To withdraw from a purchase in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you can also use "Withdraw from contract here" in your account (see refunds and withdrawal). Corrections to a reference page go here too, with the page's address.
