1. Who we are

EsoTerrier is a registered DBA and software product operated by IT & Data Security LLC ("we", "us", "our"). References to "EsoTerrier" in these Terms mean IT & Data Security LLC operating under that name.

2. Entertainment & education only

EsoTerrier generates numerology, astrology, Human Design, Bazi, and other esoteric/metaphysical content, including AI-generated narrative readings, for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on the Service to make significant life, health, legal, or financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, consistent with the mature/reflective nature of the content (including shadow-work and other psychologically-oriented material). By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide (including birth data used for calculations) is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content;
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit/entitlement controls, or paywalls;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service or AI-generated output at scale without our written consent;
• Upload another person's personal or birth data without their knowledge and consent; or
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

5. AI-generated content

Readings, translations, and narrative interpretations are generated using third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Generated content is clearly labeled as AI-generated in the product and in exported PDFs. You retain the right to use the readings you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Purchases, credits & billing

The Service is sold à la carte: you purchase individual calculation layers, bundles, and AI-credit packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are in USD and stated at checkout. AI credits are consumed when you generate a reading or translation; unused promotional/ monthly credits may expire as disclosed in the product. Purchases of digital content are generally final; contact [email protected] for billing issues and we will review in good faith.

7. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from account settings. Deletion begins a 30-day grace period during which your account is disabled but recoverable; after that period, your data is permanently erased. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT & Data Security LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent/abusive activity. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the Terms the next time you use the Service before continuing.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
