1. Who we are

EsoTerrier is a registered DBA and software product operated by IT & Data Security LLC ("we", "us", "our"). References to "EsoTerrier" in these Terms mean IT & Data Security LLC operating under that name.

2. Entertainment & education only

EsoTerrier generates numerology, astrology, Human Design, Bazi, and other esoteric/metaphysical content, including AI-generated narrative readings, for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on the Service to make significant life, health, legal, or financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, consistent with the mature/reflective nature of the content (including shadow-work and other psychologically-oriented material). By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide (including birth data used for calculations) is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content;
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit/entitlement controls, or paywalls;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service or AI-generated output at scale without our written consent;
• Upload another person's personal or birth data without their knowledge and consent; or
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

5. AI-generated content

Readings, translations, and narrative interpretations are generated using third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Generated content is clearly labeled as AI-generated in the product and in exported PDFs. You retain the right to use the readings you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. What is free, purchases, credits & billing

What is free. Every system's chart and its written text (the interpretation our engine gives for each placement) are free in a free account. What is paid. AI readings, bundles, raw data and extras, such as another run of a reading or a further translation. Payments are taken by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), which acts for us as the merchant of record for the sale. Link charges and pays any VAT or sales tax, sends your receipt, and can help with questions about a payment; your card or bank statement shows "LINK.COM* ESOTERRIER". Link's Sold through Link Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the payment. We remain responsible for what you buy from us, its delivery and its quality, and for your rights under these Terms and the law. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in USD and stated at checkout. AI credits are consumed when you generate a reading or translation; unused promotional/monthly credits may expire as disclosed in the product.

Free features. We may change or withdraw a free feature for a valid reason (cost, abuse, a change in the law or the method) and will tell you by email first; you can close your account at any time.

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from (cancel) any purchase within 14 days of the day you made it, without giving a reason, and get a full refund of what you paid for it. Use "Withdraw from contract here" in your account, or email support@esoterrier.com. Withdrawing takes back only what you paid for; it never takes away the free features. You can also withdraw through Link: contact Link support and give "cooling off period" as the reason; either way you get the same full refund.

If something is faulty or not as described. You have the remedies the law gives you for digital content that is faulty or not as described, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Digital Content Directive, and nothing in these Terms limits them.

If we got it wrong. Wherever you live, we put it right: we refund a duplicate or mistaken charge, a purchase we fail to deliver, and a chart that is wrong because of our mistake.

Refunds through Link. Link may also refund a purchase within 60 days under its refund policy, for example if you did not receive it. You can ask us or Link; a refund from either reverses the order in the same way as a withdrawal.

Apart from these cases, purchases of digital content are final. Our refunds and withdrawal page has the details; for billing questions, email support@esoterrier.com.

7. Sharing your charts

The charts, figures and images EsoTerrier draws for you from your details are yours to keep, post and share, for personal and non-commercial use, as long as the "Made with esoterrier.com" mark stays on them. Please do not remove, crop out or cover the mark, and do not present a chart as your own work or as the work of another service. The underlying designs, text and software remain ours. Your birth details stay yours; sharing an image is your choice and we never add anything to it beyond the mark.

8. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from account settings. Deletion begins a 30-day grace period during which your account is disabled but recoverable; after that period, your data is permanently erased. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT & Data Security LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent/abusive activity. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the Terms the next time you use the Service before continuing.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Trademarks and attributions

EsoTerrier is independent of the originators and trademark holders of the systems it describes. The names of those systems are used to say what each chart is. The notices below also appear with the systems they concern.

• Human Design was originated by Ra Uru Hu. EsoTerrier is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Jovian Archive Media Pte. Ltd. or the International Human Design School. Rave BodyGraph and Rave Mandala are claimed as trademarks of Jovian Archive Media Pte. Ltd.
• "Cardology" is used here as the common name of the playing-card birth-card practice set out by Olney H. Richmond (1893) and popularised by Robert Lee Camp; CARDOLOGY is a registered trade mark of Scene the Light Entertainment LLC (playing cards) and of Cardology Ltd (greeting cards). EsoTerrier is not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by them or by Robert Lee Camp.
• Gene Keys is a self-development system created by Richard Rudd (The Gene Keys, Gene Keys Publishing 2009; Watkins 2013). The words and meanings shown here are EsoTerrier's own; the hexagrams are the I Ching's. Gene Keys is a registered trade mark of Gene Keys Publishing Ltd.
