Free Sabian Symbols chart
Your Sabian symbols are the images of the degrees your Sun, Moon, Ascendant and planets stand in, one of 360 pictures for each position, counted from one: a Sun at Taurus 14°20′ takes the symbol for Taurus 15. They need your birth time and place, because the Ascendant moves about a degree every four minutes.
Enter your birth date, time and place to see the Sabian symbol of every placement in your chart: the degree each one falls in, our image for it, its keyword and its keynote, the Sun, the Moon and the Ascendant first.
About Sabian Symbols
Your Sabian symbols are the images of the degrees your planets stand in, each position read in the degree it falls in, counted from one: the sample person's Sun at Capricorn 29°55′ takes Capricorn 30, and the Moon, the Ascendant and every other point take theirs, with an image, keyword and keynote in our words.
Elsie Wheeler described the 360 pictures and Marc Edmund Jones wrote them down in San Diego in 1925 and published them in 1953; the degree before and after are read as Lynda Hill does.
How we compute it
Tropical positions from EsoTerrier's ephemeris engine (JPL DE440s); each placement takes the degree it is in, counted from one; True Nodes; Lilith (mean). Near a whole degree a small change in the birth time moves a placement into the neighbouring image, so the chart prints the minutes too.
